Do you always keep an overview and find the perfect balance between supply and demand? Then you’ve come to the right place! We are looking for a dedicated Capacity Manager (m/f/d) to analyze, control and optimize our logistics processes.
Your tasks:
- Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting
- Maintenance and administration of personnel master data
- Contact for employees in matters relating to payroll and tax law
- Cooperation with social insurance institutions and authorities
- Creation of evaluations and reports
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in payroll accounting
- Experience in payroll accounting
- Knowledge of tax and social security law
- Confident handling of accounting programs (e.g. DATEV, LODAS)
- Careful and structured way of working
